Manage your workspace configuration, including basic information, branding, and workspace lifecycle. Workspace settings control how your workspace appears to members and define its core identity.

Accessing Workspace Settings

To access your workspace settings:
  1. Navigate to your workspace dashboard
  2. Click the Settings menu tab

Basic Configuration

Workspace Name

The workspace name is displayed throughout the application and helps identify your workspace to members and collaborators. To update your workspace name:
  1. Navigate to workspace settings
  2. Modify the name in the Workspace Name field
  3. Changes are saved automatically as you type
The workspace name is visible to all members and appears in the workspace dropdown, member invitations, and throughout the interface.

Workspace Icon

Customize your workspace with a visual identifier that appears in the workspace dropdown and throughout the interface. To change your workspace icon:
  1. Click on the current workspace icon in settings
  2. Choose from available options:
    • Upload custom image: Upload your own icon or logo
    • Select emoji: Choose from available emoji options
    • Use initials: Automatically generated from workspace name
Use a recognizable icon or logo to help members quickly identify your workspace, especially when switching between multiple workspaces.

Workspace Identity

Workspace ID

Every workspace has a unique identifier used for API integrations and technical configurations. Workspace ID Features:
  • Read-only: Cannot be modified after creation
  • API Integration: Required for QuickBot API authentication
  • Technical Reference: Used in webhooks and third-party integrations
  • Permanent: Remains constant throughout workspace lifetime
The workspace ID is displayed as a copyable field in your workspace settings for easy access when configuring integrations.

Workspace Management

Deleting a Workspace

Workspace deletion is a permanent action that removes all associated data and cannot be undone. What gets deleted:
  • All bots and their configurations
  • Response data and analytics
  • Member access and collaborations
  • Billing subscriptions and invoices
  • Custom domains and integrations
  • Uploaded files and assets
Deletion Process:
  1. Navigate to workspace settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Workspace
  3. Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog
  4. Type the workspace name to confirm (if required)
Permanent Action: Deleting a workspace cannot be undone. All bots, data, analytics, and member access will be permanently removed. Published bots will immediately stop working.

Deletion Restrictions

Single Workspace Protection

If you only have one workspace, the deletion option will be disabled with an advisory message. You cannot delete your last remaining workspace.

Admin Requirements

Only workspace administrators can delete workspaces. Members and guests cannot perform this action.

Active Subscriptions

When a workspace with an active billing subscription is deleted:
  • The Stripe subscription is automatically canceled
  • No further charges will be applied
  • Access to paid features is immediately revoked

Workspace settings integrate with your billing configuration:

Billing Information

Additional billing fields may be available in workspace settings:
  • Billing Email: Contact email for billing notifications
  • Billing Company: Company name for invoices
  • VAT Information: Tax identification for applicable regions

Administrative Access

Workspace settings require administrative privileges:
  • Workspace Admins: Can modify all settings and delete workspace
  • Members: Cannot access workspace settings
  • Guests: Cannot access workspace settings
