Appearance Settings

Control how the QuickBot interface looks and feels for your account.

Theme Selection

Choose your preferred visual theme:
  • Light: Bright interface with light backgrounds (default)
  • Dark: Dark interface that’s easier on the eyes in low-light conditions
  • System: Automatically matches your operating system’s theme preference
The theme setting applies to all QuickBot interfaces including the bot builder, dashboard, and settings pages.
Your theme preference is saved to your account and will be applied across all devices where you’re logged in.

Language Settings

Interface Language

QuickBot supports multiple languages for the user interface:
  • English (en)
  • Français (fr)
  • Deutsch (de)
  • Português (pt)
  • Português (BR) (pt-BR)
  • Română (ro)
  • Español (es)
  • Italiano (it)
Changing your language preference will:
  • Update all menu items, buttons, and interface text
  • Change the language for system notifications
  • Apply to new bot templates and examples
Language changes only affect the QuickBot interface. Your bot content and conversations will remain in the languages you’ve created them in.

Editor Preferences

Graph Navigation

Choose how you prefer to navigate and interact with the flow editor:
  • Mouse: Use mouse clicks and drags to navigate the flow canvas (recommended for desktop)
  • Touch: Optimized for touch-screen devices and tablets
This setting affects:
  • How you pan around the flow editor
  • Zoom controls and gestures
  • Block selection and movement
  • Connection creation between blocks

Applying Changes

All preference changes are automatically saved when you make selections. You don’t need to manually save or confirm changes. Your preferences are synced across all your devices and browser sessions, ensuring a consistent experience wherever you access QuickBot.
