1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.2. Permitted Use & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies (including WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google, email providers, and telecom rules). You may not, and may not allow others to:- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its integrity, including excessive or abusive API calls, scraping outside allowed methods, or introducing malware.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing.
- Use the Service to collect or process Sensitive Data (e.g., health, financial, biometric, children’s data) unless expressly permitted in writing and with all required consents and safeguards.
3. Your Content & Licenses
Your Content. You retain all rights to content, data, prompts, flows, media, and materials you submit to or generate through the Service (“Customer Content”). License to Us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (e.g., routing messages, storing flows, analytics, backups, troubleshooting). We do not sell Customer Content. Responsibility. You are responsible for Customer Content, including ensuring you have all necessary rights, notices, and consents to use Customer Content with the Service and to contact end users. Data Protection. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is required, please contact us at support@quick.bot.4. Third-Party Services & Channels
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google, email/SMS gateways, payment processors, analytics). Your use of any third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability, performance, or policies. You are responsible for complying with channel-specific rules, including template policies, opt-in/opt-out requirements, and message/throughput limits.5. Plans, Fees & Billing
Access to the Service may require payment of fees according to your selected plan. Pricing, limits, and features are described on our website or order form. Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. We may change fees or introduce new charges by providing at least 30 days’ notice (email or in-app notice). Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unpaid amounts may lead to suspension or termination.6. Usage Limits & Fair Use
Plans may include quotas or limits (e.g., messages, conversations, flows, seats, storage, API calls). We may enforce limits via technical controls. If you exceed limits, we may throttle, charge overages, require an upgrade, or suspend the Service until limits are restored.7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and all related IP, is owned by Quick.bot or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. No rights are granted by implication or estoppel.8. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means non-public information identified as confidential or that should reasonably be considered confidential. Each party will (i) use Confidential Information only to perform its obligations under these Terms, and (ii) protect it using reasonable measures. These obligations do not apply to information that is public, rightfully obtained from a third party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice where lawful).9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Content. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You must maintain appropriate safeguards for your environment and end-user devices.10. Beta, Trials & Free Plans
We may offer trials, free plans, or beta features. These are provided “AS IS”, may be limited in duration, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Beta features may be less reliable or incomplete and are excluded from any uptime commitments.11. Service Availability & Support
We aim for high availability and strive to resolve incidents promptly. Planned maintenance and incidents may cause temporary unavailability. Status updates may be provided at https://status.quick.bot. Support channels and SLAs (if any) are described in your plan.12. Term; Suspension; Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or third-party policies, or for non-payment. Upon termination:- Your right to use the Service ends.
- We may delete or disable access to Customer Content after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or permitted under our Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., fees, IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) will survive.
