The Zoho CRM integration allows your QuickBot to automatically create leads, update contacts, and manage customer data in your Zoho CRM system.Setup
1. Zoho CRM API Setup
- Log into your Zoho CRM account
- Go to Setup > Developer Space > APIs
- Create a new client application
- Note your Client ID and Client Secret
2. Configure Authentication
- Add the Zoho CRM block to your flow
- Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
- Complete OAuth authentication
- Select your Zoho CRM organization
