Zoho CRM Integration

The Zoho CRM integration allows your QuickBot to automatically create leads, update contacts, and manage customer data in your Zoho CRM system.

Setup

1. Zoho CRM API Setup

  1. Log into your Zoho CRM account
  2. Go to Setup > Developer Space > APIs
  3. Create a new client application
  4. Note your Client ID and Client Secret

2. Configure Authentication

  1. Add the Zoho CRM block to your flow
  2. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
  3. Complete OAuth authentication
  4. Select your Zoho CRM organization
